All our cleaning services are thorough and professional, but they cater to different needs: Regular Cleaning is ideal for well-maintained homes and offers efficient upkeep on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Deep Cleaning is best for homes that need a more intensive clean due to dust, grime, grease, or mould buildup. Deep cleaning is offered as an add-on service and must be requested in advance. It is quoted separately based on the specific condition and requirements of your space. Inspection Cleaning includes all the benefits of a Deep Clean, with added focus on visible wall marks—perfect for preparing your home for a rental inspection. Each service is designed to meet specific cleaning needs and ensure your space is spotless.

No – The safety of your loved ones—including children and pets—is our top priority. We use high-quality, environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for everyone in your home. You can rest assured knowing our cleaning methods support a healthy, toxin-free environment. However, if you have a specific product, you will prefer us to use or something particular for your space, we’re more than happy to accommodate your request.

Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured, professionally qualified, and undergo comprehensive background checks to ensure your peace of mind and the highest standard of service.

At Imperial Coastal Cleaning, we aim to make payments simple and hassle-free. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

Payment is required on the day of service, either before or immediately after the cleaning is completed.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no additional charges. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning service cost will apply. No, deep cleaning is not included in our flat-rate service. It involves more intensive labour and attention to detail and is offered as an add-on service, quoted separately based on your home’s condition and needs.

Our flat-rate pricing covers standard cleaning tasks based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. It’s designed to be simple, consistent, and stress-free—with no hidden fees.

No, you don’t need to be home while we clean. Our team is fully trained, qualified, and holds all relevant Blue Cards and NDIS Worker Screening clearances. You can feel confident knowing your space is in safe and trusted hands.
