Across the Sunshine Coast, Imperial Coastal Cleaning is positioned in the mid-range for pricing. We’re not the cheapest and that’s because we don’t cut corners.

Our quotes reflect the time, care, and professionalism required to deliver consistent, high-quality results. We’re happy to tailor the scope of work to suit your budget where possible, while still maintaining the standards we’re known for.

What are the differences between Regular, Deep, and Inspection Cleaning?

All our cleaning services are thorough and professional, but they cater to different needs: Regular Cleaning is ideal for well-maintained homes and offers efficient upkeep on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. Deep Cleaning is best for homes that need a more intensive clean due to dust, grime, grease, or mould buildup. Deep cleaning is offered as an add-on service and must be requested in advance. It is quoted separately based on the specific condition and requirements of your space. Inspection Cleaning includes all the benefits of a Deep Clean, with added focus on visible wall marks—perfect for preparing your home for a rental inspection. Each service is designed to meet specific cleaning needs and ensure your space is spotless.

At Imperial Coastal Cleaning, we aim to make payments simple and hassle-free. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

Payment is required on the day of service, either before or immediately after the cleaning is completed.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no additional charges. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning service cost will apply.
