Terms of Service Summary – Imperial Coastal Cleaning
These Terms of Service govern your use of Imperial Coastal Cleaning’s services. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or property at our discretion. Any breach of these terms may result in termination of service.
By booking or using Imperial Coastal Cleaning services, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Full Terms and Conditions are available in our PDF document.
Booking & Service Scope

A free, no-obligation quote is required before your first clean.

Services are structured as Regular, Deep, or Inspection Cleans. Tasks included, add-ons, and exclusions are clearly outlined.

Add-on services require prior agreement and may incur extra fees.

Exclusions include external cleaning, high windows, roof/gutter work, heavy lifting, garden work, pressure washing, pest control, dishwashing, and personal item organising.

Regular Cleans are for maintained homes. Deep Cleans address accumulated dirt or mould. Inspection Cleans include additional focus on walls and presentation areas.

Service adjustments may be offered if the booked clean does not match the property’s condition.
Preparation & Access

Clear access must be provided.

Fragile or valuable items should be secured.

Homes not ready for service may result in cancellation with full service fees charged.
Safety & Limitations

Cleaners will not use ladders over three steps or perform unsafe tasks.

Heavy lifting, high ceilings, and unsafe areas are excluded.
Payment & Fees

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.

Late payments incur a 5% fee daily.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or under 24-hour cancellations incur a 100% fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee

Report any service issues within 24 hours.

Refunds are not provided. Return visits may be offered at our discretion.
Discounts & Rewards

Regular cleaning discounts: 10% weekly, 5% fortnightly, 5% monthly.

Referral rewards: 5% discount or one complimentary add-on service per new client referred. Rewards must be booked in advance and are non-transferable.
Right to Refuse Service

Service may be refused at our discretion for safety, hygiene, or policy breaches.

Service Types & Booking Conditions
While all our services uphold a high standard of professional cleaning, the key differences lie in the level of buildup and how frequently the space is maintained. For full details on our terms and conditions policy, please see the attached document.
Regular Cleaning
For the ongoing upkeep of well-maintained homes. Available weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—this service is designed for homes that are already in a tidy condition.
Deep Cleaning
Best suited for homes with accumulated dust, grime, grease, or mould—especially if it hasn’t been professionally cleaned in some time.
Inspection Cleaning
Includes everything in a Deep Clean, with added attention to walls and presentation areas—perfect before rental inspections or property listings.
Regular Cleaning Discounts
Discount applies only to ongoing scheduled services (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).

10% off weekly cleans

5% off fortnightly cleans

5% off monthly cleans

Discounts are automatically applied to eligible bookings and remain valid while the service frequency is maintained.
Changes to service frequency may affect discount eligibility.
Referral Rewards
Referrer must be an existing or previous client of Imperial Coastal Cleaning.
Referred person must complete at least one paid service.
Referrer may choose one of the following rewards:

5% discount on their next clean

One complimentary add-on service (e.g. oven clean, fridge clean, or similar service valued up to $50)

Referral reward is valid once per new client referred.

Complimentary add-on services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Disputes
If a dispute arises regarding service quality, payment, or terms, we encourage you to contact us directly at admin@imperialcoastalcleaning.com.au or 0411 272 529 to resolve the matter amicably.
In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to a third-party mediation service in accordance with Queensland consumer protection laws.
